During the peak seasons in July and August and over Bank Holiday weekends the minimum booking is for
2 nights.
All bookings in the Peak Seasons above should be supported by a 20% deposit
.
If a booking is cancelled 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be returned.
If cancellation occurs after this period then the deposit may be forfeited if a compatible booking
for the room is not obtained. Note - the deposit loss should be refundable under your holiday insurance policy.
